I wonder If A rod is simply calling their bluff? Now if the process of appeals and due process were not executed properly in his case, then yeah , he should go all the way until the end with his case.

The problem is the fact that he already tested positive and admitted to usin PED's after lying for years, so his credibility is kind of shot this point.

Also that "wellness clinic" ran by that dude Bosh had other athletes that were linked to PEDs. So the evidence is stacked up against A Rod.

That same wellness clinic I bet had clients that went to Bosch for right reasons. I'm not a A-Rod fan, but for some reason why I just believe him. Federal level is a different beast. You lie there, you're liable to be put in prison.
