But just giving money away is not the solution.

The same way just providing for new computers in schools doesn't do shyt without a foundation.

Just having free services does not do anything unless the people are educated on those services.

We know blank checks are not efficient.

checks are efficient. especially when jobs are disappearing at a rapid rate. i guarantee crime would drop to mind blowing lows if everyone was provided with a $3,000 check every month. giving money away is not only the solution, it is an inevitability
