I men... watchdogs who look out for internal and external threats. The women protect it by nurturing and educating babies toddlers, etc.... most young thugs wouldn't be young thugs had they not suffered detached or ignorant parenting... most killers need love. Etc.

Its not perfect but it helps. Could be closer to perfect without poverty and wealth gaps.

If I was walking down 7mile, I know right now I could see some kids... follow them home ... chances r there is no man there. Rape the mom, steal all their shyt and get away with it because police take a lil more than 30 min to arrive in the most poor areas that dont have funding. Those kids would probably grow up more reckless... causing the other hood kids to be more reckless, etc.

If 70% of the money that goes into law enforcement, would go into a newly designed & well thought out education system across the Country, focusing on large Urban cities...

The same way just providing for new computers in schools doesn't do shyt without a foundation.

Just having free services does not do anything unless the people are educated on those services.
