The thing is, EVERYBODY who lives in the areas where these murders take place have roughly the same background/heritage and live under the same conditions.
Yet only a small segment are engaging in the criminal activity that leads to this homicide.
The others are keeping their heads up and doing what they have to do to move forward and take care of their families.
These criminals are taking shortcuts, and veering way off the straight and narrow path that the rest of their neighbors are following.

Oh, there’s a definite solution to this. Get caught with a firearm, go away for decades. Raid every home. Establish a curfew. Caught outside past curfew, you’re going away. Something akin to Martial Law needs to be implemented in these communities.Shyts so depressing in Philly. This demon culture has literally created monsters.
There's no one cause or solution to it. Poverty, lack of opportunities, failed school system, lack of family structure, wicked judicial system, lax gun laws, and soundtrack of murder and drug use have released pandoras box
Gonna need a concerted effort addressing all the issues which i don't see any time soon

Nope anytime someone speaks up about this they’re called names. Stringer has called me a Cac in the past and also dapped many of my comments. These killers are terrorizing the community leaving many in trauma. I stand on that and I’m not folding
