A sheriff's department hosted an event where they intentionally got people drunk for field sobriety tests

They do this all the time. They'll send a shuttle to pick you up and take you home. Provide snacks and food, and all the liquor you want for free. Cops that are training to become dui officers administer sobriety tests to everyone and get graded for accuracy
