That had nothing to do with WWE. It was about how the last few times you saw Brock, he was fighting diverticulitis. They only mentioned it about 100 times throughout the show that it wasn't Brock who quit in his last few fights, but it was his health that quit him. That was the entire narrative of Brock's return: The REAL, 100% healthy Brock was back in UFC to reclaim his throne.

Had absolutely nothing to do with WWE.

Anyone seeing it that way is retarded. They ran Summerslam and 2K17 promos. WWE did them a huge favor by letting Brock fight for them again. Why would they be taking shots at WWE on the same show?

People seeing it as a shot doesn't mean it was a shot. And it definitely was not a shot at all if you understand anything about the situation between the companies and the narrative of Brock's health depriving the world from ever seeing the REAL Brock in the cage until Saturday night.

Exactly...I ordered the fight just based off brock ...had some friends over and had a good time...wouldn't of cared let alone ordered it without brock so yeah...there's a lot of casuals like me and wwe did ufc a big favor..undeniable...I'm proof

Same, me and my friends only watch UFC if it's Brock, McGregor or Rousey; and now CM Punk.


I get it it's "real fighting" but it ain't all that exciting to me, wrestling might be fake but it's more enjoyable imo
