She’s got to have some type of mental disability or something. There was no reason to actually tell the other teacher Eric’s name smh.
I honestly believe it's because she has no friends or family and grew up a weirdo. Scared of smoking weed, pops was a drunk, mom died, never dated in school, was a nerd etc. That teacher was probably the first real friend she's ever had

Should've kept it like the movie version where the teacher was barely making it, wasn't married and living with a roommate. While the student was apart of a rich family who owned a ranch. In that one she does bipolar shyt and ends up showing up at breh's house because just because he didn't want to talk to her. I believe she tries to climb in his window
