Good question! Generally speaking, what you put on your Resume will determine who you're paired up with on your interview and the questions they ask.

So if you say you have 5 years experience working Exchange but you were only creating accounts, you're likely going to be placed with a SME who is going to determine you are a fraud rather quickly.

Just don't do it!
