I've seen other videos of this place. It looks like your average Slav city.

Obviously being a town on a smelting site the pollution is high but this video is a little propaganda-ish depicting it like it's Fallout 5 :pachaha:

Still, any city built on pollution and at this high a level needs to be shifted toward clean energy or it will fail to sustain in the coming decades. The Russians probably won't give a fukk though which is why their days are numbered.

Like Prague, Krakow, Ljubljana, Kotor, Ohrid...
Some videos paint it one way others paint it another way is what I'm saying. You could make any place look like hell on earth or make it look like a regular town. Either way, it doesn't matter if you look at the statistical pollution of the town itself. Which in itself shows the philosophy of the nation and why it won't be able to sustain in the future.
