It's difficult to write 7+ hours of live weekly television year after year. In my 30 plus years of watching wrestling, I've probably seen every trope possible multiple times.

Maybe AI gives us a fresh idea or possible angle?
AI isn't a thinking, creative thing. It can't come up with a fresh idea that hasn't been done before. All it can do in this context is show you every trope you've seen for 30+ years but even more derivative.

Not difficult, Impossible. He needs to completely give up some of those shows.

He’s been burned out for a while now and it has been clearly showing. We saw the same with Vince and Tony Khan when they tried booking too much content.

🎬 FINAL IMAGE:

Cena alone in the ring after Survivor Series.
He salutes. Places his hat, armband, and towel in the center of the ring.
Lights dim. Crowd chants:
"THANK YOU, CENA!"

Scene opens:
Backstage. Cena’s sitting alone in his locker room. The camera pans past his old gear — the “Never Give Up” towel, the dog tags, the faded pair of jorts. He’s staring at them, hands shaking slightly. No music. Just silence.

He looks into the mirror.

“Tonight’s the last time I do this.”
He exhales deeply. “Let’s go to work.”

Entrance:
The lights go dark. The crowd begins chanting “CENA! CENA!”
His theme hits — “Your time is up, my time is now!” — but slower, almost melancholy.
He runs out one last time, salutes the crowd, and stops halfway down the ramp — just takes it all in. Eyes glistening with tears.

Match:
John Cena vs. Gunther

The match starts intense. Gunther dominates early, showing his brutal European strength. Cena refuses to back down, trading strikes, slams, and signature moves. The crowd rallies behind him — chants of “Never give up!” echo.

Just as Cena prepares for the Attitude Adjustment, Gunther locks him into a devastating suplex combo. Cena struggles, barely reaching the ropes.

Suddenly… the arena goes dark. A new theme hits. Oba Femi’s music blasts. The crowd erupts in shock.

Oba Femi sprints down the ramp, slides into the ring, and unleashes a vicious assault on Gunther, pounding him into the corner. He grabs a steel chair, smashes it across Gunther, leaving him sprawled on the mat.

Oba Femi stands tall, chest rising, holding the map/briefcase of opportunity above his head. He shouts:

“I am the future! And it’s time for the old guard to step aside!”

Cena, exhausted, watches from the corner. A mix of surprise and pride crosses his face. He slowly nods — passing the torch silently.

Oba Femi throws the briefcase down in the middle of the ring and exits, leaving Cena and the fallen Gunther behind.

Aftermath:
Cena kneels in the ring, alone. He removes his cap, armband, and dog tags, placing them in the center. The crowd chants:

“Thank you, Cena!”
“Thank you, Cena!”

Tears stream down his face. He salutes one final time and whispers:

“Never give up.”

Cena walks up the ramp, pauses, turns back once more, salutes the crowd…
Fade to black.
