Sometimes anarchy is needed to fix a situation

There's no problem to me. :manny: We know the game.

Dudes don't go to class but get credit for it so they can stay eligible to play. Everybody wins. McCants made the Deans List :comeon:

If McCants was still in the NBA and Ed Obannon had a successful NBA career neither would be saying squat right now

As an educator, this is a rough predicament. How do I get someone to take my class serious, when the administration encourages the cheating? It's sad, because as well as those coasting through college, selling weed and fukking pawgs and professors in the offseason, i see those who righteously are trying. Nothing worse than seeing a kid who's a senior at the fukking University of South Alabama act like he's going to go pro, lollygagging in class, flirting with blonde head bimbos while everyone is prepping for the midterm. and then when he doesn't go pro, he goes into the overseer role as an assistant coach, perpetuating the cycle.

as a pro-black colizen, i laugh at this shyt, because obviously, they did not take the assignments serious. if they gave an honest effort and still fell short, no way in hell would i laugh.

Breh

Cowherd today was making this exact point....said something to the effect of if they aren't from 8 certain schools, he usually doesn't interview them

Didn't name the schools though

The rest of the 2005 team pretty much said :whoa:

Sixteen players from North Carolina's 2005 national championship team issued the following statement Friday to The Associated Press responding to former teammate Rashad McCants' allegations of academic misconduct:

"We are proud of our accomplishments both on and off the floor at UNC. With conviction, each one of us is proud to say that we attended class and did our own academic work. We want to thank our advisers and counselors who supported us, while also maintaining the integrity of the institution. We also want to make it clear that Coach Williams and his staff operated with the highest level of ethics and integrity within their respective roles. We are forever grateful for the lessons we learned on the court, in the classroom and during our time in Chapel Hill.

"In light of the comments made by Rashad on ESPN Outside the Lines, we want to state that our personal academic experiences are not consistent with Rashad's claims. We know that Coach Williams did not have any knowledge of any academic impropriety, and further that Coach Williams would not have tried to manipulate a player's schedule. Rashad will always be our teammate and we wish him well on all of his future endeavors."

Like them nikkaz wasn't taking those classes too. I don't know why mufukkaz think people are stupid. :snoop:

It is fukked up to drop dimes afterwards though. All these schools care about are keeping these nikkaz eligible to make money. Stop frontin like it's not the case. Ultimately, it is up to the student athlete to take advantage of the education, but when their heads are so gassed off of making the pros since junior high and shyt by enablers all around, you end up with this type of fukkery.

Nothing will happen to UNC though (esp the basketball team). No different than Duke not losing their 99 Final Four even though Maggette was ineligible. It's almost like certain schools are untouchable.

@CarolinaKing what's going on with these UNC athletes :sas2:

Roy knew what was going on :sas1:
Rashad just trying to get his name back out there....he couldn't get along with Doherty and he hates Roy, can't keep a job playing basketball...but it's never his fault.

Dudes credibility is shot, anyone with a brain should dismiss anything he says right now

It's 2014 and people are still pretending all big time athletes go to classes. Hilarious. Roy lying like shyt, I love it.

Highest caliber player at OU I saw attend classes REGULARLY was Kevin Bookout. Dude was in class everyday unless they had a game and would take notes like the rest of us. Really good guy overall.

My friend used to tell me Ebi Ere was in her Math class and that he would come to the classroom sometimes talking on the phone, sign a few autographs and leave. :heh:
