A year :scusthov:?

Can I go a month and then cheat? :lupe:
Nope. shyt really is hard work. Like after I got heavy results six months in (good genetics, not typical) I told people lift heavy and put in that time. Excuses all day.
-A good diet is expensive
-I don't wanna get huge, so I don't wanna lift those kinda weights
You want that shyt, you gotta earn it. TRUST me though when I say as you see that progress in the mirror, and not the scale, shyt pushes you. It becomes second nature.
You got it, girl.

(I ate a whole bag of Reese's infused chips ahoy today so we all lose our way sometimes.)

You can actually eat that shyt on the regs. Just
A. Don't expect abs if you wanted them (They are overrated anyway, flat tummy is decent enough)
and
B.When you eat shyt like that, be ready to spend the rest of your day eating broccoli and drinking water. You max out cals, sodium, sugars, etc after a good meal of that kinda shyt.
The other day I went to Dunkin Donuts at 8am and bought 2 steak egg and cheese bagels and 2 coffee donuts. I ate those, a slice of cake, and a few eggs afterword, and by 9:30 AM, I was done eating for the day. I hit 2300 calories like WHOA. Drinking water with a spritz of lime for the rest of the day.

shyt I always eat that as my last meal :sadcam:

I usually do a green smoothie in the morning (kale or spinach)
Then either soup, a sandwich, or chicken breast with broccoli or mixed veggies
Then after that I'd work out and drink my protein shake then I'm usually not hungry but if I am I go for the pizza/burger my weakness :wow:

I've also been eating a lot of subway and jimmy johns lately :mjcry:

Thanks

A year? :sadcam:

I was thinking 3 to 6 months but it will be a lifetime commitment to maintain.
Everybody underestimates the time involved. And its a year ONLY if you make a strong lifestyle change. If you merely half ass it, expect it to be 2 or more. Im talking dropping
frequent alcohol, getting that sleep nightly, dragging your ass to the gym to lift HEAVY as early as possible so you don't miss the day, etc. The plus side is as long as your diet is relatively in check, you only spend up to an hour a day 3-4 times a week working out. It doesn't consume you, but you have to plan your days around rest, soreness, getting good calories in, etc. It becomes second nature when your body changes positively. It is a drug.

Depends on how hard you go and your starting point, she put in a lot of work for her body, but an ass that size is just something she naturally had and worked to make better.

You could get her stomach/arms in 6 months if you eat right, go to the gym everyday and lift + HIIT. The thighs and her ass would take a lot longer to build up to, she's basically got a perfect body.

Do you count calories? It is a lot more important than what you eat.
Eating good foods is for overall health: Better skin, hair, joint health, energy levels, etc.
Counting calories gets you the weight loss, or gain you want.
I would cut out the subway and jimmy johns though and take out one day a week to pre-plan those things yourself for what you eat through the week.
If you like subs, buy the meats fresh weekly (even better if you have a meat slicer and can tailor your own whole roasts) and tailor portions to eat every day.
Approximate those calories, and eat what you want around it. Just remember: Don't count leafy green veggies as calories. Even if you hit your max for a day,
the benefits of eating those FAR outweigh weight goals. And they happen to fill you up more, contain more fiber, etc.

I don't count calories at all, I just focus on what I've burned from my workouts. I'll definitely start to make my own subs though with a side of sun chips or lay's mesquite bbq chips :banderas:.

Thats the thing, as long as you are simply trying to get in better health, you can continue how you are going. If you are trying to get small and tight, no amount of working out
will get you there.
