I use the Warriors in my NBA2k MyLeague and I'm not playing again until the trade deadline because I like the roster to be as close to real life as possible :francis:

if they make a bunch of trades I'm gonna have to start all over again with the updated roster after the trade deadline and a shortened season:martin:

live vicariously through the Warriors on video game brehs :snoop:

my favorite plays are the Curry floppy and the Curry receive screen. Those plays are money

also anybody got a source for legitimate trade rumors and speculation and not retarded youtube click bait?

i just wanna know what's going on and what's gonna happen brehs :mjcry:
Nah so far nothing

just a bunch of feelers, like with Oladipo. We just gotta wait.

myers said the FO is gonna be aggressive, so hopefully we can get something going.

what I wanna see is a bench upgrade, at the very least

Warriors have 6 players shooting over 37 percent from 3
Blazers have 7

Kelly shoots 32 percent overall but 38 percent from 3 over the last 25 games.

Stop making excuses for this nikka.

For two straight years Kerr has said he's gonna adjust the offense and hasn't. Kerr's offense struggled at times with Steph, Klay, AND KD on the fukking floor.

We have the same record as the Knicks.

Our offense ranks 22nd in the NBA. The Knicks offense is 23rd.

That has nothing to do with the rotations, the play calling, or the way the players are being used tho right? :unimpressed:

Awesome!
Thats kind of a weird example considering the knicks have had the easiest strength of schedule in the entire NBA whereas the Warriors are 8th ... Those types of things obviously differentiate outcomes ... You were just unnecessarily over optimistic about your team before the season brotha ... its alright to admit that :yeshrug:

I know y'all nxggas aren't serious with this bullshyt.

:picard:

I told y'all before the season started that spacing was the biggest issue with this squad, but y'all ain't wanna hear it.
I told y'all before the season started that this roster is poorly constructed for trying to win now, but y'all ain't wanna hear it.
I told y'all before the season started that Wiseman was a waste of a draft pick because the Warriors need to maximize their winning chances, and not wait until Wiseman develops into whatever it is the fukk you think he's going to be, but y'all ain't wanna hear it.
I told y'all before the season started the climate of the league has changed where traditional big men aren't as valuable as they once were, which is why y'all were enamored with drafting Wiseman (talking some bullshyt about GS has never had a generational talent at the 5), instead of looking at the fit for the identity of this team, and what direction the league has been headed in for the last half a decade, but y'all ain't wanna hear it.

I told y'all every single muh'fukken thing....... but y'all ain't wanna hear it.

And this isn't on Kerr. Stop trying to make him a scapegoat.

Weems said of Smailagic, who shot 15% from 3-point range at the G League bubble — a troubling development given that Golden State sees him as a pick-and-pop forward in the NBA in the same mold as the Wizards’ Davis Bertans.

:russ::dead:

cut this nikka loose, man :snoop:

and what kinda gas is the golden state FO on where they see Smiley as another davis bertans?! :dahell:

im reading a lotta troubling shyt, man... :francis:

I'm gonna reserve judgement :francis:

sometimes Gil is right, sometimes(as evidenced by the weekly threads they make about him in the Seum) he's loud and wrong :yeshrug:

I agree with the spacing issue
I believe the Warriors made the best pick in Wiseman with the best information they had at the time.
I am going to reiterate the fact that if they go into win-now mode there's no guarantee they do, especially with that 3-headed monster that is the Nets out east, even with Klay that's a tough sled to pull :francis:
Some brehs wanna see the Dubs win now, which is fine :manny:

but this is the deepest draft in years coming up and(and correct me if I'm wrong) the Warriors can get maybe TWO top 5-8 picks :patrice:

personally I wanna see them be good over the long term like the Spurs and when our key guys get older develop and infuse these high draft pick talents into increasing roles as time goes on.

Kerr is fukking up with Wiseman :snoop:
you give him the free reign, minutes, and freedom to make mistakes that Edwards and Ball get he'd have better numbers. As it stands right now he's got close to the best per 36 numbers as a rookie center in league history :ehh:

team as currently constructed is going nowhere soon, but hopefully everybody in this thread already knew that

lastly, it was one game, a shytty game nonetheless. We've beaten the Clippers and Lakers this year in nice comeback wins so clearly the capability is there, we've also lost some games we shouldn't have :beli:

but this is the league in 2021, it's a time of wild fluctuation not only in numbers but also in team performance league wide :manny:

As of right now the odds favor us to get the 13th pick and the 5th pick
that's coo
cats harp on Dubs' player development but I'm hoping they can do more with higher end talent

expecting late first round and second round picks to pan out and somehow automatically be solid contributors in the league right away, if at all, is a crapshoot.

took a gander at Whataburger's numbers and they are atrocious :picard:
if there was ever a time to see what Poole and Mannion can do given the playing time this would be it
