i think it's:

Basically if Minnesota has the worst record, they have a 40% chance to land in the top 3, and a 60% chance to land the 4th or 5th overall. So the Warriors have a 60% chance to keep the pick if Minnesota has the worst record. So that's good for us

EDIT: The new odds make it so that the team with the worst record in the league is GUARANTEED a top 5 pick. if they DONT have the worst record by the end of the reg season, they can land ANYWHERE from 1-14, i believe
