I'm 5' 11'' average height

Start working body weight bro(pullups/dips 100 reps 2x a week min) along with resistance bands and you'll be stone cold. Core twists with medicine ball as well. I got a 200-300 lb tree log in my backyard I use to simulate push/pull/twist motions.

I always try to do something using s fight movement whether it's throwing punches with resistance bands or fireman carrying and body slamming a heavy punching bag.

I'm about to start hitting heavy weights this winter tho to put on some more size. Just tryna avoid injuries at all costs

So I asked, not in so many words ofc , why would you take the advice of a failure? Bc they think happy and satisfied women 'don't know their struggle'. So, bc I never got left with no kids, had my credit fukked up, or otherwise played myself with a man, I couldn't possibly give them advice on how to avoid it.

Nah breh it is the rules of socialism, as both genders are equally as guilty.It is a universal rule and it aligns with a social hierarchy.Regardless of your gender but if you are a lame and awkward individual who is below average when it comes to physical appearance you going to have it hard regardless.You average nerdy chick is not going to have much luck when it comes to securing a relationship with her ideal man.Women want commitment and stability and not just dikk unless it comes with monetary gain.Another thing is sex is not shyt if the person you have having sex is terrible in the bedroom.

What if she waits and you never get to that level? It's risky for women cuz time isn't on their side. It's a worthy trade off cuz an established man can get an attractive, young woman who sees him as the prize.
