710 - 720 and higher is usually tier 1.

As long as you're over 650, have an ok income to debt ratio and don't have any collections on your account they'll probably be able to make it happen.

But your rate and money factor might be

I personally wouldn't lease unless it's pretty close to free money. and for that you gotta be up in the 700s.

basically ive been looking for a car and im down to two choices
this 2012 335i with 12 k miles or 2013 audi a5 with 42 k miles
both going for around the same price.
are bmws that unreliable?
i know the 335i has better performance and that kind of makes me lean towards the bmw
but then again the a5 looking nice as hell
help a indecisive brother like myself make this decison

They are both nice, both in the 2-to-3 year old range, both have low mileage.
Depends on other factors.
1. Are you a single male?
2. Are you married?
3. Are you full-on gay?

If you answered yes to 1 or 2, get the BMW.
If you answered yes to 3, get the Audi.

Definitely get the 335i. Less mileage, drives better, and bmw maintenance cost is almost always a bit lower compared to audi.

We might have a slight misunderstanding. I'm talking about the 335i coupe. The coupe looks way better and I believe that's the one with the 300hp. I can't recall off the top of my head if the sedan has the same.

I think the A5 has a boatish look compared to the 335i coupe. If we're talking sedans then I have to go with the A5.

How i know? I used to work for an Audi dealership from 2007 to 2009. Ive driven every audi except the V10 R8. I sold the first S5 in GA. I used to run for coffee in our Meteorite Gray DEMO S5 with Magma red seats and the looks I got from people. Thats the closest I ever felt to being a celebrity. Get a low mileage 2008 S8 for 26K with 20,000 miles and youll thank me.

TL;DR: NEVER EVER BUY AN A LEVEL AUDI. If it aint a S or S-Line you are losing.

i want a s5, but if i get a later model i dont want to deal with them v8 problems,
