I guarantee you MTV, BET, & VH1 probably have better quality master copies of these music videos. This looks like it came from an old Promo Only VHS release.

I think him and the Isley Brothers are just one of the older artists nice about allowing sample clearances

I mean he allowed Biggie to sample him on Big Poppa remember?
