She was one of my favorites growing up. I loved her music and her videos were always dope. One of the rare artists where even if I didn't like the song, the video always made up for it. One thing I like about her music is that it aged well, especially the third album.

That’s how you know Aaliyah wouldn’t have fallen off. Her music still sounds fresh as hell. She was so far ahead of the game and what eventually became popular. Aaliyah was already doing it.
