I mean, everything about Dobson equals exactly what the Patriots need and worthy of a 2nd round pick. How they keep not playing him is beyond me.

As a Pat's fan, it's become beyond irritating to try and figure out what Kung Fu algebra voodoo they add to their playbooks that make so many players who succeeded in other levels or other teams unable to 'get it'.

At some point you have to think that maybe it's not the players, but the playbook that is keeping people from being successful as a wide out in this system.
I think the league has adjusted to the Pats short passing scheme. I've long said about making Brady move from his spot and he's a poor passer. All teams besides the Jets are doing it now

It rolls into the discussion we've agreed on which is that Brady has been in a variation of the same system since he came in the league, and some of the installations that Josh has added to that have taken away a lot of the creativity and movement and misdirection that Wies was so good at and focused far too heavy on underneath routs, slants and pick plays.

Now, bring in Garrapolo and give him Dobson, Edleman and Gronk and I'd rather have Gilbride running the offense than this regime.

See let me explain what happened for those that dont understand. Mcdaniels is seen as a kid coach just like dennis allen. Look he is a small guy that has a baby face. He cant intimidate a fly. He probably had an issue with dobson and dobson reacted like :rudy: nikka if you dont sit ya fukking ass down for you get popped. Dont come here with that bullshyt....Made a scene at practice probably had to be held away from each other(never going to swing anyway) and Mcdaniels snitched/made a big deal about to billy because he felt embarrassed that basically a rookie(hasn't played 16 games yet) showed his ass up. Only way to put the player and the coach in its probably state is to suspended/inactive the player.

No, the Patriots aren't running their full offense. @Listen for a Pats fan you say some off the wall shyt....:smh:. (just had to mention). Even Troy Brown mentioned it after the game--the Pats are running a vanilla version of their offense with no creativity because they lack the players\blocking. They're literally limiting the offense play-calling. Second, because of the O-line and because guys don't know the playbook as well, they can do longer switch the tempo and run hurry up or any of their trickery.

Like the Raiders d-linemen said after the game vs. the Pats--their O-line has been overrated for years and it's been covered up by Brady getting the ball out of his hand so fast, but if you make him drop back and sit there the O-line can't handle real pass rushers. So now, you've got a bad o-line and McDaniels trying to dial up quick passes and run plays to compensate for the fact that we can't run anything that takes more than 2 seconds to develop. As for blaming the offense, Gronk and Hernandez picked it up and Welker and Moss picked it up. That's two vets and two rookies. There's really no excuse. As for McDaniels, he's a fukk boy that has been hated in every locker room he's ever been in and in the past Brady allegedly stopped speaking to him for a month. No one likes that guy, but Bellichik.

The patriots offensive line(like the steelers defense) has been living off reputation for years but this is the year they finally got exposed for real.
