Damn it's crazy anyone who grew up watching college football like me. I watched Hernandez when he was in college- on those great Gator championship teams while I was highshool.
Another sad ending to a guy who couldn't leave the streets alone. Similar how Jarvis Crittenton ruined his life and wasted his talent.Anyone born in the 90s in an decent sized urban city here in the us probably knows a dude who wasted their potential pro talent over some dumb hood shyt.

I believe he did kill himself. I always found his story fascinating and couldn't get my head round how someone would swap millions, a mansion and a spot on the Patriots for life in the bing. And breh was always smirking so I thought it didn't bother him. I just couldn't understand his frame of mind. Experiencing the best that life had to offer for a few years before going to the absolute bottom forever seemed like a nighthmare scenario.
I guess it did bother him. Looks like what was apparent to us from the get go took a little longer to set in for Hernandez. Life in prison is not a summer vacation that you can come home and tell your homies about: shyt is real and a life changer.
