True shyt evidently.
Was listening to Sports Talk radio and despite the fact he was convicted, since he died during the appeals process, he's legally innocent. He's not even going to go down as a murderer due to this clause that dates back to near colonial times.
As a result, his daughter is going to receive some form of pay out since he technically remained innocent at the time of his death. Suicide doesn't factor in.
