I wonder if the NFL could LEGALLY prevent him from playing if he was found Not Guilty. On what grounds would they bar him, associating with hoodlums? :patrice:

Goodell will call up Murda Marv to handle that for him. Sometimes you need to fight fire with fire.

if true he clearly was a sociopath...Cannot understand how you make it in life and find a reason to need to end the lives of others and destroy everything you have accomplished...obviously mentally he's never been there at all and lived in some fantasy gangster life or just lacks empathy

A few Floors Down from the Daily Grind
Former Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez, already in jail charged with the 2013 murder of Odin Lloyd, has been indicted for the murder of two men in Boston in 2012, a police spokeswoman confirmed to the media Thursday.

Daniel Jorge Correia de Abreu and Safiro Teixeira Furtado were gunned down at a Boston intersection after leaving the Cure nightclub in the early morning hours of July 16, 2012. Surveillance cameras showed Hernandez and associate Alexander Bradley at the same nightclub that night, investigators revealed in a December search warrant.

Hernandez could be seen on the video driving a Toyota 4Runner out of a nearby parking garage and driving past the victims twice as they walked to the parking garage where their car was located.

A man in the car who was shot but survived, Aquilino Freire, said an SUV pulled up next to the car and someone in the back seat of the SUV fired shots into the car. A witness in another car said he saw an SUV with Rhode Island license plates stop next to the car before hearing gunshots. He said the driver was a light-skinned Hispanic man with short dark hair.

Meanwhile, on Tuesday, Hernandez associate Oscar Hernandez Jr. pleaded not guilty to lying during an investigation into gun trafficking related to the case against Aaron Hernandez.

Oscar Hernandez (no relation) pleaded not guilty to obstruction of justice, witness tampering and lying under oath.
