You'd be surprised what they can do with a homemade tattoo machine breh. My brother did some years out in in Cali and got tatted up. If you could see the tatts you'd think he got them done at a professional shop. You'll find an abundance of ingenuity and talent among prisoners. It's just a shame they didn't put those talents to use on the outside.
