I haven't seen any conspiracy or accessory charges against him, just 1st degree murder and weapon charges. Obstruction of a police investigation or tampering w/ evidence may also be what he is being charged w/ but I haven't seen that and am not sure bout it.

i think the law is that a spouse doesnt have to testify against his/her spouse regarding details after the marriage, but details before the marriage are in play. not sure though so dont quote me on that
