when he answered the door he didnt have one on. it looks like they slapped the cuffs on and threw a shirt on him, without giving him a chance
probably an obstruction of justice charge. If they had more than that they would have arrested dude for murder by now.
My guess they really dont have any evidence that points to either him or his boys killing lloyd. So now they put the obstruction of justice charge on him to force him to talk.
