if he gets accesory or lower he's not doing jailtime..there's no gun anywhere in this equation. If there is, it's a different story.

Truth is we don't know what they have, supposedly them cops left with "Bags of evidence".

But you're right, if they can't place the weapon and all of that good stuff, then they can only charge him with so much.

I`m sure the police officers are relying on the word of all 3 guys to sort it out more.

I guarantee they will be creative. You can't destroy evidence. Since when is Obstruction of justice and accessory to murder light crimes? In Mass, they'll probably go after him just because a gun was involved. Shoulda stabbed him, if it had to be done

It's simple. He's still in New England. He's where they're close enough to come visit him and he can't distance himself. He didn't turn his back on those dudes, but he should have put them in positions to stand on their own two or drop them if he can't. If I was him, I wouldn't even live in New England in the off season. I'm from New England too, but you can't just separate yourself from cats like that, they and jealously will find you if miles don't do the separating for you.

Does a conviction on an obstruction of justice charge carry a mandatory active sentence for someone without a prior criminal conviction under Mass. state law as determined by the state's structured sentencing guidelines.

Rays case was his boys getting into a argument/fight with nikkas and stabbing them

all Ray did was give is boys a ride/help them flee the scene

Hernandez looks likes hes heavily involved in this shyt(renting a car/destroying the car,surveillance tape,and cellphone/calling in a cleaning crew)

how long was he away in college? It was never a given he would've been drafted by the Pats.

Unless he was in debt to these cats, he would've had no fear/repurcussions to just turn away from them once he made it.
