His Lawyers will have that charge thrown in the bushes before season even starts.

What sentence does an obstruction of justice conviction carry in Mass. in regards to a defendant w/no prior criminal record?

I guarantee they will be creative. You can't destroy evidence. Since when is Obstruction of justice and accessory to murder light crimes? In Mass, they'll probably go after him just because a gun was involved. Shoulda stabbed him, if it had to be done

Stabbings only create more DNA, blood, and fingerprint evidence...
Shooting is the best way to go...
