Dude threw for 261 yards. 101 of them coming from the desperate (granted great) 4 and 20 pass and the blind chuck hail mary. Idk why yall gas this dude up like this![]()
Most underrated part of the play. If you look at the replay, that ball was going directly to Peterson, duke had to stretch out and snatch it away in order for that catch to be possible.I was more impressed by the WR's adjustment to the ball, the way he tracked it down.
the defense was the only reason yall were in the gameHes surrounded by such shytty players that his legacy is gonna be similar to Favres, minus the INT's
I don't think any other playoff team would implode like the Packers D has the past two playoff games...
at least we provided ya'll with fukkery![]()
if he didnt play like complete ass the entire rest of the game maybe it doesnt come down to needing plays like this to stay in it. guy was wholly mediocre last like 10 games of the season, with a few plays like the ones late tonight mixed in. bizarre season to say the least. guy is out there getting his jay cutler on throwing off his back foot and shyt, getting bailed out by away from the play penalties on pick sixes
Their one in the sameQuestion brehs is Rodgers still in his prime or past it?
Their one in the same
Don't even ask me how...![]()
What accuracy?? That ball was going straight into Patrick petersons hands. Janis made a great play. Rodgers quite literally wasn't even looking at where he was throwing. Props to him for getting it into the end zone but let's not act like this dude knew who or where he was throwing the ball. For all of you criticizing Rodgers...these are the skill players he had available to him:
Cobb -- Left game early
Abbrederis -- Practice squad call-up
Richard Rodgers -- Only useful in the redzone because he's sloooooow
Jeff Janis -- Dude has less than 10 career catches coming into this game
Eddy Lacy -- STILL overweight
James Starks -- I can run faster than him I'm sure
And Rodgers still almost pulled it off. Rodgers missed on two or three throws all game. You can look at his completion percentage and say he didn't play well, but he had to throw the ball away a lot because nobody could get open and he was flushed out of the pocket. Rodgers was a boss in this game--too bad Mike McCarthy can't call an offense to save his life and GB defense got tired at the end there.
To anybody saying that throw wasn't incredible--you must have never tried to throw a ball that far, with accuracy, across your body, off your back foot, while on the move. There is NOBODY in the history of football other than Aaron Rodgers who can make that throw. Dude defies physics.
