Well having a QB that protects the football and can sustain drives helps that no? Put Kellen Clemens or EJ Manuel on Carolina and they arent 11-4.

well if you put it that way, then yes I agree, I just think theyd still win good amount of games just off the D. team is clearly based on defense tho, with offense complementing. perhaps even more so than seahawks/niners, as much as I am critical of our offense... all these three teams are quite similar and I see hags/panthers as top two teams in the NFC right now.

As much you hate it, it's true. Minus the Lions game they lost at most by 14 without A-Gawd. You can't tell me A-rod could spot a least 10 points. It pains you a great QB can affect a game as much you want to deny it.
