Do Jets fans really think Aaron Rodgers is going to win them a Super Bowl?
I'm pretty sure Jets fans would just be happy to make the playoffs.

Let's be honest, that Packers organization isnt THAT much better than the Jets post Ron Wolf, it's just they got extremely lucky to have 2 of the greatest QBs in NFL history.

Jets would be celebrating and consider the trade a W if they made a playoff game and won.

They'd have been happy to just make the playoffs with Zach Wilson or Mike White.

You don't make a trade for a future shoe-in HOF QB (who I admit is a gigantic douchebag clown) just to go home satisfied with nothing to show for it but a participation trophy.

They land Rodgers then EVERYONE, from front office to fans, are pushing their chips in to go for broke, regardless of how much he has left in the tank. Getting Rodgers and leaving the season empty-handed means more "Same Ol' Jets" ridicule, further establishes them as NYC football's 2nd banana (a sore spot for that organization) and an NFL also-ran, and puts their entire coaching staff and front office on the unemployment line as they begin from Square 1 yet again.

It'll also lead to "Where former great Packer QBs go to die." jokes :francis:

If they just wanted to make the playoffs they could have did that with Derek Carr or Jimmy Garapollo.

This regime should they land Aaron Rodgers has to at minimum make the AFC Championship.

Idk why people call Rodgers a clown other than the media literally making a big deal out of COVID so they had a hate train to go off of.... Which really didn't deserve heat to begin with since everyone but the media/regular people were aware of his status and stance. The media was going witch hunting on anyone who wasn't vaxxed and he def didn't want the heat so he didn't tell them and tried to twist words so he wouldn't have to admit it.

I mean let's be honest.... When was the last time the Jets have been relevant? With Mark Sanchez for those few years, and they overachieved, before then it was Chad Pennington... I mean that's 3-4 years in a span of nearly 20. They haven't been chit for a long time. This isn't like some stalwart franchise attempting to make another deep run after sustained success like the Rams with Stafford.

I don't think people are assuming SB, no one is in NY. Most assume a playoff birth and you see what happens. That division and schedule is brutal. If you're expecting a SB that's on you.

Watch out folks, there's an Aaron Rodgers stan in the vicinity. I said dude is a douche and mans went off on an anti-media Covid rant to defend Rodgers' character. For the record most of the football watching public labeled Rodgers a douchebag woman with a perpetual menstrual cycle LONG before he showed his nasty ass toes to dispel the rumor that he had contracted "Covid Toe" :mjlol:

This where you replying to me can cease. I don't go back and forth with stans. It's pointless and annoying. This weird, homeless looking, obnoxious fukk is who you're going to bat for:

And if you've ever read my numerous Jets related posts on this forum, no one expects less of the "Same Ol' Jets" than I do.

No one.

How you gonna ROFL with a hollow back?
He is the exact kind of hypebeast/clout shark that puts the Jets/Jets fans in that chaos tornado that they love to be in. There are few pro athletes that are complete clowns the way that Rodgers is, and the Jets and Knicks have an uncanny ability to end up with these morons, at the perfect time, when they approach their final form.

Darkness retreat to get away from your phone and improve your mental health is being a clown? Taking hallucinogens has been looked at more and more when it comes to helping people overcome certain afflictions they have such as depression and anxiety.. I wouldn't do it, but I'm not gonna fault someone for doing something like this in order to better themselves and their mental health and they aren't hurting anyone.

How the hell does either of those things make him a clown?
