man this shyt is a waste of money. The thickness of abs are genetic. If you get down to a low bodyfat and still dont have abs then weighted decline situps are probably the best bet. Still at the end of the day its genetics. Some people with never get those blocky abs no matter how much they work em and how low bodyfat they're at

I sweat instantly when doing the ab roller. Ive notice if you implement sit ups before you the the ab roller you see faster results to.
