My favorite album from him no question

Control System or this album......I would give this a slight edge....but sound wise they seem similar in many ways.

Random thought.... Art of Seduction is flipped from the same sample as Nas "Once a Man, Twice a Child"......flipped completely differently of course, but makes me wonder if Hit-Boy (was confirmed to have worked on the album and have at least once placement) did Art of Seduction and recycled the track for Ab-Soul.

Tracks 4-18 are damn near perfect.

Its a dark, sad, melancholy album that actually EARNS the term “mood music”

Gotta Rap is some of Premier’s BEST production since One Of The Best Yet.
