She really needs to, the show has really suffered with her gone. Wouldn't be surprised if the whole point was to show how tough it is to fix issues within the public school system even at the district level, you have people with great intentions that still hit road blocks for different reasons.
But having Janine on some completely other shyt with people we don't care about or having a district employee somehow only dealing with one school takes away from what made the show great.
