I dont even check the internet email account thats connected to uverse if they ever wanted to relay the information dont they send letters too? Oh and with me I download torrents like a ninja just get in delete it and get out so idk how safe ive been but ever since they hit those filesharing sites had to go back

i think they will only send snail mail when you are being sued. the emails are probably just for warnings.

if they are setting up trap torrents, deleting stuff (im not sure what you mean by that) isnt going to help if your ip address is the one doing the torrenting. you would probably need to be using some means of obscuring your real ip address to be safe.

deleting as in I dont seed back after i grab the files I just get it and pull it off of the torrent manager so it doesnt share
