I'm right there with ya breh, I swear I didn't get any sleep last night due to this album and thread. If Prince and D get on stage together they might just shut the industry down. I need to get to a concert my damn self.



I think we got enough musicians on this board to pull it off, I started with piano and decided to try guitar.

Yea dude nailed that solo something serious.

Prince and D'Angelo my favs too, if we get a Prince appreciation thread going its over.........

I think I'll make one in "The Tunnel" can't really think of a more
appropriate place either that or "The Lounge".

i love every song on this album. musically it is so dense that its gonna take a long time to even be able to unpack it on an intellectual level. but the 3 joints getting most burn now are 1000 Deaths, Charade, Prayer. them shyts just hit you on an emotional level breh.

I'm down with either place, I don't have anything recorded for piano or guitar yet, I mostly have instrumental tracks with beats I did in Acid Pro. Definitely more than willing to jump in a thread though.

considering the lasting impression Brown Sugar and Voodoo left on everyone I would imagine there is gonna be a lot of blind buys for this album.

I saw this thread and went straight to iTunes, his previous work plus even random performances after a long hiatus showed me dude is just it! Artists like him and maxwell, and erykah are immediate cops for me.
