Congrats! The whole micro-condo thing is gaining popularity. How much would something like that cost?Just a small micro condo 320sq feetnot expensive or anythig :kony: in another province, just going too rent it out.
I scaled back on the size of house I'm looking for to less than 1000 sq ft. Trying to keep the purchase price under $125k and surprisingly there is a good deal of real estate out there. I'm excited.
