Walking has been awesome. Just need to keep it up like a dikk on viagra.If you're trying to lose weight nothing beats the treadmill/jogging. I know it seems daunting, but the Hard work will pay off![]()
What's HIT?You're better off doing HIIT and cutting down your caloric intake, unless you're fat and in that case you shouldand just do light jogging until you get your wind up.

A brisk walk on an incline will burn more calories and will be less taxing on your joints. I took a break from heavy lifting to do this. Burned 450 calories in an hour while listening to an audiobook.
