About to do cardio an hour a day 7 days a week

About to fukk up some calories on the elliptical :damn:

I've been walking 3 to 5 miles a day but it's been raining...time 4 the gym again :damn:

As a runner, I find nothing more inefficient than an elliptical if you want the results you're expecting from doing cardio that much/often. There's levels to this shyt. If you have shytty knees, I understand though.

Try LISS cardio (low impact steady state.) A brisk walk on an incline will burn more calories and will be less taxing on your joints. I took a break from heavy lifting to do this. Burned 450 calories in an hour while listening to an audiobook.

If you're trying to lose weight nothing beats the treadmill/jogging. I know it seems daunting, but the Hard work will pay off :ld:
Walking has been awesome. Just need to keep it up like a dikk on viagra.

But the weather is slowing me down

You're better off doing HIIT and cutting down your caloric intake, unless you're fat and in that case you should :whoa: and just do light jogging until you get your wind up.

Yeah I've been walking like crazy...power walking and the park has a natural incline and it's a mile walk with beautiful scenery and ball courts, tennis courts, ponds, ducks and shyt

I burn 700 to 800 calories a day via exercise I aim to burn 3500 to 4500 a week (3500 = 1 lb)

Yep.. I do that as well. I also cut out bread , sugar , and all drinks besides water. This will get your stomach flat in no time.
