If you're trying to lose weight nothing beats the treadmill/jogging. I know it seems daunting, but the Hard work will pay off :ld:

Mannnnnn, if ya'll don't cut that running shyt out and lift some damn weights.

Fix your diet, and lift heavy weights is all you need. A little bit of cardio for stamina management is cool....but everyday? That's overkill unless you just enjoy running / elliptigaying.


How many calories do you eat a day?


You want to get fit fast? Probably not happening. Muscle takes time to build.


Want to lose weight fast? STOP EATING, brehs.


Dieting is the bulk of any natural body change.
