About to drop a 454 BB and TH400 in the Monte Carlo

I went and checked out a 454 the other night and dude hooked it to a battery and put some gas in the carb and turned it over.

Thing sounds beastly...the heads look to be good condition as well

he is throwing in a th400 trans which is great because I needed a new transmission as well....


Im prolly gonna get a new cooling system off the bat and see if my rear end hold ups.....

yeah Im doing the interior over next summer...mines wasnt bad...but my guages are bad and I had crackin on the dash
