I use Gilette Senstivitive shaving cream, disposable razor blades, and use some witch hazel to clean my head. Then throw some Bump Patrol and tea tree oil or vitamin E

You dont have to shave it completely clean, a buzz is good enough breh. Sides shave from bottom to the top, back the same, crown from hairline to the back. It's nice to save some dough too. I was spending thirty a month until I came out of denial and admitted I was thinning and started shaving my own sh!t. No reason to pay a barber and include a tip for what you can do yourself.

depends on how bald you are going...post a pic of someone with a similar hairline.

my hairline is done. im not George Costanza status, but i'm not doing too well lol. i used to shave it every day but after awhile i gave up and i just trim it extra low. i'm not so bald that i need to shave it smooth plus my girl isnt into that style.

if my hairline becomes George's though i'll shave again.

I always break the plastic piece when I'm trynna use a new blade smh. shyt is easy to use other than that. I haven't used the slick shyt is it any good?
I just use the headblade as of now, the head shaver is new to me as well. I just came across it a few days ago however, I do hear good reviews about it

If you're black you may be more prone to razor bumps. That's as big of a concern to me as how I look after I shave.

I alternate between full razor shaving and clippers. I use an Andis T-Liner or a Wahl Detailer (with the T-Blade) to get the long hair off (if I haven't shaved in a few days) and a Wahl Shaper Shaver to get razor like closeness.

This ^^^ is the truth. After shaving for a few weeks, I've found that I prefer this to a razor. If you decide to get one, go WITH the grain and do NOT use it on anything higher than stubble. You WILL pull the shyt out of your hair and possibly cause irritation.

Also once you shave (or cut) throw some alcohol or witch hazel or Tend Skin on there to prevent bumps. I also follow up with some tea tree or coconut oil to keep it moisturized.
