Usually by the checkout aisle they have the bins. The stores by me also have an aisle or two that have clearanced/closed out items.

I've copped a couple things I was curious about but didn't care if it broke or didn't work as advertised. They had the Emeril pasta maker and juice for like $30. I told a few people at work cause the infomercial was on they were like b lined it to wally after that shift and they were gone.
