I feel as though this generation has clocked the essence of gaming. You can have titles that push the limits of technology, but there is nothing wrong with perfecting the things we enjoyed in the 90s.

Am I the only one that thinks this game is held back by the rogue/RPG aspects because the actual gameplay is fukking fantastic once you unlock some kits and buffs. Even so, worth a cop on sale, imo.

I didn't realize that there was a general skill tree that you can spend on in the main area... After several hours SMH ....I had tons of currency and my next run went all the way to the final boss hahaha

This game is so good

If you fukked with SOR4 and loved Golden Axe, this is honestly a classic

This is fantastic. I was initially put off by the character design, I’m not fond of dwarves, frogs or blue skins

But I’m glad I gave this a shot. It’s definitely going in my co-op rotation with my homie. Funny enough I think the dwarf might end up being my favorite. That ability/attack where you can reload your gun.

That short nikka lowkey OP, it was much easier playing with him than the other two characters (Galandra & Cider) so far.

Copped it today. Rogue-lites are my favorite genre and I like beat em ups...this is CRACK! It definitely gives me a bit of Golden Axe vibes with the way you can take different paths and the fantasy setting. This might be my favorite beat em up since Dragon's Crown...Streets of Rage 4 the only other contender (arena mode might make me lean SoR4 tbh).
