What bad side effects does tren have?

One of the most immediate effects I've seen from friends who have used it is the "tren cough." For many people the moment you inject it you start an incredibly violent and prolonged cough to the point where you think you are going to die from asphyxiation.

Outside of the normal effects that all steroids have, tren will increase your rage tenfold in comparison and in some cases does enlarge your prostate. There is intense sweating (especially at night, to the point where you will be waking up in puddles of your sweat). Tren will also make it impossible to sleep for some users which adds to irritability. Can cause gyno and most importantly it stresses your kidneys and liver the hardest out of most steroids. Greatly increases cholesterol levels and some users have stated they developed myocardial infarction after extended use.

Props on his body transformation because it still takes a disciplined diet and hours upon hours of working out even if on gear, but it's obvious.

Having those muscles and a bodybuilder type physique is cool, but all the gear those guys take to try to maintain those impressive physiques and a low body fat percentage outweigh the benefits.

That shyt wrecks your liver, kidneys, and heart and long term use has psychological effects on you as well.

Gear is a large part of the reason a lot of those pro wrestlers from the 80s, 90s, and early to mid 2000s have died.
