sad story: at a place i used to work at a couple years ago...one of the forklift drivers came around a corner a lil too hot and his forklift tipped over. he fell out, and the forklift landed on him. they had to get another forklift to get the 1st forklift off him, but it completely crushed the lower half of his body, and he died at the hospital a couple hours later.
