Pedophillia is pre-pubesence. So a 15 y/o is already too old by several years for a pedophile.
Actual pedophillia is usually 12 and under... although in some cases a 12 year old has already undergone puberty as well so they are even too developed to fit the definition.
A 15,16,17 year old etc does not meet the definition of pedophilia, it just happens to also be illegal.
Most likely statutory rape or FILL-IN-THE-BLANK-OF-A-MINOR... but a pedophile would have no interest in a 15 year old girl.

While pedophilia is common across all races and while a dialogue does need to happen, I find it rather funny how certain users just barrel into these ready to turn it around on Black men, or act completely and utterly dumbfounded a crime stat that disproportionately shows White men in a negative light. I bet some of these users wouldn't look twice before believing any random stat regarding Black male violence.

And if they do get reported they are nearly always seen as being manipulated by a powerful man in the relationship by the media or courts .... I have to say when I have seen the pictures of these paedo couples the male doesn't exactly look powerful or domineering.
In places like thailand or the philipines which seems to be a real destination for paedos, the perps caught are nearly always white males and a smattering of arab men.The white men tend to come from the US and the UK mainly, with some others from germany and australia.
