Yep, at this point MS is so far behind in terms of consistent new ip building they should just slow all the way down and really take their time. No just throwing money around. Recruit, encourage and keep young talent.

Maybe they can work out a 10-15 yr deal w/ DC and LOTR, where they got exclusive rights ala EA and Star Wars

Spend $2-3 billion for the studios and a 10-15 year exclusive deal for DC/LOTR/Lego
