Scenario :
A 35 year old woman starts having sex at 16 so from her high school yrs and boyfriends she has had 5 partners.
Girl is in college now with no steady boyfriend. She is going to the bars,clubs, parties on campus. So for her four yrs in college she has slept with........let's say 10 guys. So at about 22 yrs old she has had 15 partners (way too many in my opinion)
It's quite possible that by the age of 35 this woman could double her partners from what she had at 22
So I think joe is just saying 71 is not much for an attractive girl who has fun and does whatever she wants.
