With that talent he should have won 3 straight rings instead of 1. He has to go.

45-50 wins and another 1st round exit? Nah, man, I'd rather rebuild than be in the middle of the pack. Getting one of the super freshman in 2014 would be a nice start.

And if Ainge is going to rebuild, he'll have to trade Rondo, too. No way his moody ass will be on board with a rebuilding project.
