I just looked at this list. Both Biggie and Jay Z are listed above Madonna, which means they are listed above the artists they ranked her above. Both Biggie and Jay would be on my list, but I'm just making a point.

Honestly, for a list like this, it should be people that have not only written GOAT songs for themselves, but also others. IMO, Stevie Wonder and Smokey Robinson are Top 3 hands down. Babyface has to be Top 10. R. Kelly (however you feel about him is Top 25). Timbaland and Missy ) since they made a duo out of them is Top 50-75. I would have them over Kanye West and Max Martin.
