Because Dwight quits often during games. It's not even about touches it about if Dwight can score or not. The overwhelming majority of turnovers the Lakers commit come from trying to get the ball to Dwight. He wants the ball in the post but isn't very effective with it when he get it. The Lakers also don't have the consistent outside shooting to support that style of play.
